I created these resources after seeing how much confusion and administrative weight paperwork can add during already difficult times. Planning shouldn't be a burden when you're grieving.

Timeless Guides is the companion website to our Etsy store, where these planning resources are hosted. This site gives you a dedicated space to explore tools, read essays, and plan thoughtfully at your own pace.

Why I Made This Kit

When my mom was dying, she asked me to write her obituary while she was still alive.

She told me what she wanted it to say — and then reassured me, while I cried, "I'm not dead yet. Don't mourn me while I'm still here. You'll have time for that after."

She was right. When she passed, the obituary was ready. But everything else? It was chaos.

I remember standing at a government office the day after her death, trying to file papers while carrying my grief. I broke down - because no one tells you how much administration comes with death. No one gives you a map.

That's why I made this.

It's not cold or clinical. It's direct, practical, and designed to help you leave clarity behind - not confusion. So the people you care about won't have to choose between falling apart and figuring everything out.

This project is dedicated to making hard conversations a little easier by providing clear, jargon-free tools that you can use when you're ready.
